Cisco Bug: CSCta33316 - Fix for CSCsr66922 in SR2 causes Engine deadlock

Symptom: In an HA environment the primary system will fail and agents will be dropped with all calls failing. The system will not fail over to the secondary system on its own. Restarting the primary node will allow the failover to occur. This issue in a single server environment will likely cause the same failure but it has not been observed. The cause of the issue is not dependant on an HA environment so this issue likely happens in either environment. Conditions: Customer installs SR2 for UCCX 7.0(1). SR2 contains a fix for CSCsr66922 (Cleanup thread for stuck contacts not cleaning stuck contacts) and the fix for this causes the deadlock.
