Description (partial)

Symptom:
 After a successful upgrade first on the Publisher node then followed by the
Subscriber nodes of a very large cluster with 19 nodes, DB replication setup
never completes setting up.
 
 Conditions:
 
 Database Replication state shows 0 (Not Started) on multiple nodes in the
cluster after the upgrade and switch over to the new version. Publisher upgrade
is completed first and then switched over. After the switchover the subscriber
installs are started and switched over automatically as the upgrades complete.
 
 After all the nodes are switched over the DB replication logs indicate
failures in the CDR Output Broadcast logs shows the following example error

 The CDR Broadcast log all the way at the end of it shows the following
segmentation fault error
