Circuit Wizard fails when the back button is used after changing primary/secondary destinations.
This problem occurs when creating an open VCAT circuit using the Circuit Wizard under the following conditions:
1. In the Members Destination pane, specify primary and secondary destinations.
2. Click the Add Destination button.
3. Click Next
4. In the Routing Preferences pane, click Back to return to the Members Destination pane.
5. Change the primary or secondary destination.
6. Click the Add Destination button.
7. Click Next. A CORBA error occurs.
