Description (partial)

When per session QoS is configured, CPEs stop receiving data from LNS after a while. PPP connection stays up.

Symptom:

Packet drop is seen on the virtual interface.

Conditions:

Incoming interface of VPDN tunnels is ATM and Per Session QoS is applied to incoming sessions.
