Description (partial)

Symptom:
IPv6 ping command with destination address equal to the address of any of the local router's 
own interfaces will fail when "ipv6 policy route-map <map>" is configured in global mode.

Conditions:
"ipv6 policy route-map" command has been used to configure IPv6 Policy Based Routing.
