Following exception can be seen: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Managed store key does not exists, which is needed to process SslCertificateKey objects. Rejecting updates from CM. Conditions: Case1: 1. CM and WAE running on 413x 2. WAE part of any Device Group (DG) 3. Launch any SSL page from DG 4. Force DG settings from DG home page 5. From WAE page, override DG settings OR Case2: 1. CM and WAE running on 413x 2. WAE part of any Device Group (DG) 3. Launch any SSL page from DG 4. Submit SSL global settings page from DG, Force DG settings. 5. From WAE page, override DG settings. OR Case3: 1. CM and WAE running on 413x 2. Create DG1 and DG2 (Device Group 1, Device Group 2) 3. Assign WAE to DG1 and DG2 4. Launch ssl page from DG1 or DG2. or change WAE settings from DG2 to DG1 and vice-versa Note : The problem is also seen for Nm-302 hardware and the workaroud mentioned in the bug will not be applicable in this specific case (since Nm302 does not support Enterprise License). Hence 413x/415 CM will not be able to manage 413x Nm-302 devices after hitting this issue. The problem is not seen after upgrading the wae to 415.
