Description (partial)

Symptom:
A Cisco 1800 / 2800 series router running 12.4(22)T may have a memory leak in io memory.
This will ultimately require the router to be reloaded.

Log messages may display:
%SYS-2-MALLOCFAIL: Memory allocation of <snip> bytes failed from <snip>, alignment <snip>
Pool: I/O  Free: <snip>  Cause: Memory fragmentation
Alternate Pool: None  Free: 0  Cause: No Alternate pool
 -Process= "Pool Manager", ipl= 0, pid= 6,  -Traceback=<snip>



Conditions:
This has been seen on a cisco2811 running 12.4(22)T where ipsec tunnels , nat and multilink ppp
are configured. Also seen on a cisco 1801. Other router types may be affected.
