Symptom:

Notification for the agent about the inability to attend the call is needed when he tries to attend the Queue calls in different geo-location.But now he attends the call and the call gets disconnected immediately without any notification.

Conditions:

Agent answering the call which is queued in CTI Route point belonging to different geo-location
Bug details contain sensitive information and therefore require a Cisco.com account to be viewed.
