Symptom: Link Local Opaque LSAs (type-9) stays in the database of the active RP even though they have been MaxAged by the Originator Link Local Opaque LSAs (type-9) are duplicated on standby RP - there can be multiple LSA copies for a single instance of the Type-9 LSA ISSU considerations for the versions that includes the fix for this DDTS: OSPF-NSR will not be available (and hence NSR-ready will not be set in REDCON) because of changes to the LSA TLV contents. Please unconfigure NSR to perform ISSU (Phase 1 via LC reload). Applies to 3.8.x and 3.9.x only. Conditions: NSR enabled on the router and neighbor router performed IETF based OSPF NSF.
