Symptom: Running and End of Life/End of Sale report fails with the following failure reason: Unable to get data from Cisco.com. Check Cisco.com connectivity. Try again later Additionally, the following error will be seen in the invreports.log: ERROR,[main],com.cisco.nm.rmeng.inventory.reports.util.EosEolXmlParser,updateDB,268,SQL Anywhere Error -638: Right truncation of string datacom.cisco.nm.rmeng.inventory.reports.util.IRException: SQL Anywhere Error -638: Right truncation of string data at com.cisco.nm.rmeng.inventory.reports.util.EOXDBUtil.updateDevicetable(EOXDBUtil.java:245) Conditions: This occurs when the EOL/EOS bulletin number is longer than 12 characters.
