CSCta22617 is a memory leak bug where during tftp data transfer IOS-Firewall allocates a structure that is not being freed under the following conditions being listed below.

Conditions: This memory leak will occur in the following conditions 
when a clear of IOS-firewall session is done either gracefully when the session Is deleted due to udp idle time out , 
or forcibly by removing the service policy from zone pair 
or using clear session command . 
There will be one memory leak for one firewall session .
