Cisco Bug: CSCta19082 - Cannot update Line Settings in User Option page for 7911 and 7906 SIP

Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Log into Cisco Unified CM User Options web application. Navigate to User Options > Device. Click the "Line Settings" button. On the Line Settings Configuration page, make any change to a page and click "Save". Update fails with the error message: Update failed.  Log Missed Calls option can only be set for devices that support this feature. This is for a 7911 and 7906 SIP phone. Conditions: The QED settings must have been set in a way such that, the phone model supports the "Log Missed Calls" feature for SCCP but not for SIP. This is true for any phone model.
