Description (partial)

MPE allows the caller to start a reservationless meeting without login authentication in the scenario below. Also, the user profile of the meeting gets locked

1. MPE has Reservationless meeting enabled
2. A user dials into the MPE server, and selects 1 for starting a reservationless meeting
3. Enters a Profile ID and then presses #
3. When prompted for profile password, select ** to go back to the main prompt
4. Now enters the Profile ID again, it starts the meeting without prompting for password. It also locks the profile as it initiated a reservationless meeting for the profile.
