Cisco Bug: CSCta16531 - need software knob to handle "+" prefix on SIP gateway. related CSCsv495
Jun 11, 2014
- Cisco IOS
Known Affected Releases
None Symptom: After the fix for CSCsv49500, the dial-peer can now match the "+" sign as a valid digit in IOS dial-peers. Because of this change, some pre-existing dial-peers, which ignored the "+" character may need to be changed in order to work. (e.g. +19195551234 does not match dial peers that don't include a + (e.g. this destination-pattern (1919.......) will not be matched. Conditions: Occurs for any SIP call, where the URI begins with a + and the dial-peer to be matched ignores (doesn't include) the leading "+"
