Description (partial)

Symptom:
Corrupted TCAM entries in a CRS-MSC Packet Switching Engine (PSE) leading to incorrect
classification or forwarding.

 Conditions:
The problem trigger happens at cold reset. At that point, the problem is
latent in the system. But so long as the activity level on the TCAM
interface (correlates roughly to amount of traffic, rules configured,
etc.) is low enough, there are no failures seen.

However, as TCAM activity increases, we start seeing errors on TCAM
accesses, leading to the problem.

This is a very rare problem.
