Symptom:

Calls will experience CVP Call Survivability intermittently.  CVP logs indicate an IVR leg failure and VXML GW logs indicate HTTP socket failures or network out of order errors.

Conditions:

3 GWs experienced the events recently more frequently than normal.  Calls will experience CVP Call Survivability intermittently.  CVP logs indicate an IVR leg failure and VXML GW logs indicate HTTP socket failures or network out of order errors.  CPU and memory utilization have been confirmed to not be contributing factors.
