Description (partial)

Symptom:
When DHCP snooping and Prinvate VLANs are configured, trusted Promiscuous Client didn't receive  DHCPDISCOVER from Un-Trusted Isolated DHCP Client.
Conditions:
Steps to reproduce:

Setting primary vlan 100 on UUT
Setting isolated vlan 200 on UUT
Associating primary vlan 100 to secondary vlan  200 on UUT
Map the secondary vlan to SVI of primary vlan
Configure DHCP Snooping globally and on Primary Vlan 100
Configure Server as Promiscuous and 2 Client ports as Isolated PVlans
Enabled Trust on Promiscuous DHCP Client Port
Trusted Promiscuous Client didn't receive  DHCPDISCOVER from Un-Trusted Isolated DHCP Client.
