Description (partial)

Symptom:

Partner portal will show the contract number but Service Schedule button is disabled.

Conditions:

This customer network has two contracts (NBD & Premium) and premium contract is in-progress i.e There are two entries in PCH table but contract number column is null for Premium line, in this case Cisco Discovery service schedule button is disabled.
This happens because if the contract syncup job failed to get the contract number
