Jan 30, 2017
- Cisco IOS
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: When router has "ip default-gateway" with "no ip routing" and transparent bridge, the bridged router itself can not route to the next hop of "ip default-gateway". Thus, the communication from/to the bridged router fails. Condition: - It does not depend on the platform. - Transparent bridge between FastEthernet and BRI leased-line. - ip address and bridge-group are configured on the both interfaces. - "ip default-gateway" points to GW router in the LAN segment.
