Description (partial)

If you are using the RP2 ROMMON version 12.2(33r)XND and have the RP2's
console baud rate is set to somthing other than the default 9600 baud,
then garbage characters (characters sent at the wrong baud rate) will
be seen between the "Initializing Hardware ..." message and the ROMMON

This is a cosmetic issue and will not affect the operation of the router.
For this issue to occur you need BOTH the following conditions to be met:

 1) RP2 ROMMON version 12.2(33r)XND
 2) RP2 console baud rate NOT set to 9600 baud
