Description (partial)

Symptom:
The startup error message "UDP: ERROR - socket <unknown> 41216 in used
" displays the wrong port.  Its value is byte-reversed and should be 161.

Conditions:
Cisco ASA running release 7.2 or later that has been upgraded from 7.0 or 7.1 and which contains a config line for <CmdBold>snmp-server host<NoCmdBold> and which has a static PAT entry for translating SNMP addresses.
