Symptom:
When trying to create remote support account via CLI, it would fail to do so if
the system has been restored using the DRS.

Conditions:
Fresh or upgrade to 7.1.2.  
Do a back up of the system.
Do a restore of the system.
From the CLI, try to create remote support account.
