Description (partial)

The following message is written to the IPS sensor device's /var/log/messages file:

 sensor modprobe: Note: /etc/modules.conf is more recent than /lib/modules/2.4.30-IDS-smp-bigphys/modules.dep

This only occurs if NTP is enabled on the IPS sensor device.  It may occur occasionally or it may occur every 10 seconds if health monitoring is enabled. The message can be ignored.
IPS sensor device running affected version of software on which NTP has been enabled/configured.
