Cisco Bug: CSCta06792 - Block invalid CEM config on RP itself instead of sending to SPA
Apr 20, 2010
- Cisco 7600 Series Routers
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: When changing some parameters on an existing CEM circuit, such as payload-size, dejitter-buffer size, etc., if the new parameters are not compatible with each other then the CEM circuit is brought down with an error. This DDTS will add functionality to sanity check parameters on the RP itself and not modify the CEM circuit if any parameters are invalid. It will also throw an error message if that is the case. Conditions: When an existing CEM circuit parameters (listed above) are modified and the new parameters are not compatible with the other existing parameters that aren't modified.
