Description (partial)

Symptom:
The IPSec VPN Client cannot connect using a Digital Certificate with a key size greater than or equal to 1024 bits and when "Send CA Certificate Chain" is also enabled on the Client.  This occurs with versions as early as 4.8.01.0300 up to 5.0.05.0290.  The Client *CAN* connect if the key size is only 512 bits with "Send CA Certificate Chain" also enabled on the Client.

Conditions:
The IPSec VPN Client using a Digital Certificate with a key size greater than or equal to 1024 bits and when "Send CA Certificate Chain" is also enabled on the Client.
