Symptom: Users with same first and last name (different Middle initial) are not destinguishable in call log. Conditions: If contact sync is turned off, then this occurs. Example: Home > Settings > Mail > Account > Contacts (turn off) Add two contacts in Exchange, such as: Sam K. Lial, business number 52009 Sam T. Lial, Business number 52008 No AD configured for these users. Your Desk phone has CUMC configured. Procedure Sam K. calls your Desk phone. You answer. Then hang up. Sam T. calls your desk phone. You answer. Then hang up. You go to your Recent call log. PassFail_Criteria Expect to see proper name and number for the first caller 'Sam K.' Expect to see proper name and number for the 2nd caller 'Sam T.'.
