- Cisco Unity Connection Version 7.0
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: After changing the IP address for a Single 7.X Server Without a Connection Cluster, you can no longer access the Cisco Unified Serviceability page. It will allow you to login, but will come up with a blank screen and say "Done" in your browser window. RTMT will not allow you to choose the node anymore. When you try to access the System Settings - > Cluster page it will not let you. Plug-ins will give you a java error. Conditions: If you change the System Settings - > Cluster page to reflect IP address instead of hostname, then change the IP address in the OS Administration Settings - > IP > Ethernet page without changing the IP address in the Cluster page first.
