Description (partial)

When Presence server application user login fails (e.g., due to incorrect
credentials), an exception is logged, instead of a more readable error message.
This happens only when the log level is set to INFO (WARN is the default. It
does not show at WARN log level).

This occurs when Presence server is down or wrong credentials are being used.
