Symptom: When Presence server application user login fails (e.g., due to incorrect credentials), an exception is logged, instead of a more readable error message. This happens only when the log level is set to INFO (WARN is the default. It does not show at WARN log level). Conditions: This occurs when Presence server is down or wrong credentials are being used.
