Description (partial)

Symptom:

The ip address configuration might be lost after a LC reload.

Conditions:

When we have a bad MSC in the system whose one EIO link (out of 2 links) is bad, among other problems, one of the visible impact is delay in applying the config.

The MSC can be checked for bad EIO links using the following command.
