Symptom: After EIGRP flappings are presented and the Ip Phones continuously registers/unregisters with the CME, the following Message appears: %SYS-3-MGDTIMER: Previous timer has bad forward linkage, timer = 4A2BF1E0. -Process= "CCSIP_SPI_CONTROL", ipl= 4, pid= 248, -Traceback= 0x41636FD4 0x428AE9E0 0x428AEC18 0x4149C180 0x4149C420 Immediately after this message the router crashed: %Software-forced reload 11:16:37 UTC Tue Jun 2 2009: Breakpoint exception, CPU signal 23, PC = 0x40050148 -Traceback= 0x40050148 0x4004E614 0x428AE4A0 0x4149C15C 0x4149C420 Conditions: This problem is seen in the 2851 router which is running the 12.4(20)T3 IOS version.
