Cisco Bug: CSCsz93063 - RouteListExhausted Alert is raised ignoring Stop Routing Service Params
Feb 04, 2017
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager)
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: RouteListExhausted Alarm is raised when it is not supposed to leading to unnecessary RouteListExhausted Alerts that customers should not be concerned about. Conditions: Depending on the following CallManager Service Parameters the Route List's Routing behavior changes. Stop Routing on Out of Bandwidth Flag (Cause Code 125) Default False Stop Routing on Unallocated Number Flag (Cause Code 1) Default True Stop Routing on User Busy Flag (Cause Code 17) Default True Stop Routing on Q.931 Disconnect Cause Code (Any Cause Code) Default Empty For example a Disconnect Cause Code of 17 indicating User Busy by default should STOP a RouteList from attempting to Route the call out of available devices and NOT Trigger a RouteListExhausted Alarm or Alert. Currently regardless of the Out of Bandwidth Flag, Unallocated Number Flag, User Busy Flag Service Parameters' settings the Route List does not STOP routing and it will always raise a RouteListExhausted Alarm and Alert.
