Description (partial)

When Sampler is created and attached to an interface, the show command
<cmdBold> show ip cache flow </noCmdBold>
displays wrong 'acive' and 'inactive' flow counts.

Enable Netflow and configure <cmdBold> ip flow ingress/egress <noCmdBold>
on any interface. Now create a sampler and attach it to any other interface.

Under this condition, the <cmdBold> show ip cache flow <noCmdBold> command
gives wrong values at the 'active' and 'inactive' flow counters.

This issue is seen in v12.2(33)xnc and v12.2(33)xnd
