Description (partial)

Symptom:

IN RT phone, a DN on LKEM is set to the Active DN, and initial a new call by pressing the NEWCALL SoftKey

Unplug the LKEM, the Active DN would change to the Primary DN

when a digit is pressed, the call will be terminated, and the Active DN would change back to the DN on LKEM which is unregistered
