Symptom: When Cisco IP Communicator is not installed and the user attempts to make a call by right-clicking on an contact and then selecting phone call and the number, they do not always receive an error message. Conditions: Steps to reproduce: Remove CIPC and restart system and Sametime Place Sametime in Softphone mode. Attempt to make a call by right-clicking 1. Contact in Contact list 2. Contact in Voicemail 3. Contact on popup Business 4. Contact in Chat Window. Expected Results: Each time the user should receive a error message. Actual Results Most of the time the user will receive an error message, but at times the user will not receive an error message and then will no longer receive an error message anytime they attempt to call using the right-click function.
