Cisco Bug: CSCsz89085 - CAD doesn't connect to Active LRM even if LRM is running

Description (partial)


1) After IP address change of Publisher node, CAD fails to launch with licensing error. From the logs, it is observed that CAD still tries to bind to LDAP service on node 1 with the OLD IP address and fails.


1) Consider a unified CCX 8.0(1) HA setup.
2) Configure UCCX to support ICD and AA calls.
3) Install clients like CAD,CSD and CDA.
4) Launch CAD and login an agent.
5) Let that agent received ICD and AA calls.
6) Logout that agent and close the CAD application.
7) Change the IP address of Publisher node using CLI.
8) After IP address change is successful, reboot both nodes in the cluster.
9) Launch CAD after both nodes come up and node 1 takes over the mastership.
