Description (partial)

Symptom:

Mobile Agent(MA1) called Mobile Agent(MA2), Once the Ma2 answer the call both the agents are put on hold and hearing MOH if the MOH enabled, If the MOH not enabled agents are hearing dead Air.

Conditions:
1. Mobile Agent(MA1) in Pg1 connected to CCM via PGuser1, Mobile Agent(MA2) in Pg2 connected to same CCM via PGuser2. MA1 called MA2 LCP port.
2. Mobile Agent(MA1) in Pg1 connected to CCM via PGuser1, Mobile Agent(MA2) in same PG connected to same CCM via PGuser1. MA1 called MA2 through CVP route pattern..
