Symptom: When agents try to log on via either CTI OS or CAD, they will notice a couple seconds of delay between clicking OK on the log-in screen and going into Not Ready status. During this time the agent desktop will have all buttons disabled. Conditions: Contact Center Enterprise release 7.5(3) or higher, integrated with CUCM.
