Symptom: After upgrade of Central Manager to 4.1.3x, the CMS service fails to start with syslog message containing: DbUpgrade records contains incomplete operation 'alter' run 'rollback' Conditions: CM database contains large number of unused records after running for a long time with 4.1.1x version. Example scenarios: 1. Upgrading standby CM with 4.1.1x to 4.1.3x 2. Role change of standby CM to primary CM on 4.1.1x followed by upgrade of primary CM to 4.1.3x.
