Description (partial)

Symptom:
On SSO, multicast traffic egressing from the new Active supervisor's uplink might be blackholed.
Conditions:
1. The supervisor uplink ports should be configured in such a manner that on SSO, the new active supervisor uplink transmits the traffic in lieu of old active supervisor uplink port.
2. Both Active and Standby uplink port should not be part of same SVI.
