Description (partial)

Symptom:

Bandwidth speed on Port-Channel from SNMP query are wrong and not consistent with CLI,  BW counter in the 'show interface port-channel ' command adjusts based on member ports, meanwhile the SNMP poll always return 10GE or 1GE value. 

For example in a 10GE port-channels bundle SNMP query BW result returns 10G irrespectively on the number of 10GE member ports which are part of the channel, similar issue also occurs on GigE ports.
