Symptom: Every time an agent logs in with proxy settings set. They receive an error saying "unable to download file. Could not open request." Conditions: A bug in a third party tool was causing downloads of files needed to compare and upgrade agent machines when a proxy server is involved. NOTE: This does not happen on all proxy server environments. The exact situation is not known and was not communicated from the 3rd party vendor.
