Symptom:
Enhancement: CAD currently hasTimer Action that enables a work flow to trigger an Agent State, HTTP, or Agent Notification actions after a certain amount of time has elapsed under specified circumstances (e.g. 10 seconds of ringing).

The proposed feature change would add to the list of actions a set Enterprise Data action, including BA variables


Conditions:
Version 7.5(3)  CAD currently hasTimer Action that enables a work flow to trigger an Agent State, HTTP, or Agent Notification actions after a certain amount of time has elapsed under specified circumstances (e.g. 10 seconds of ringing).
