Description (partial)

Symptom:
For one chat activity email transcript was sent twice and two outbound email activities were created for that. Two outbound email activities for one chat is not expected hence summarization SP was failing with error "Subquery returned more than 1 value" and "Error while executing stmt:  ===> Updating followup_email_sent , cust_email_address in eglvr_activity_snapshot".

ES and/or SP updates: build 515 ES3 
CIM Integrated with UCCE Activity by Queue reports failing
