Description (partial)

Symptom:
The phone will prompt "The LKEM is not supported in this release".

Conditions:
1) Disconnect the 3rd LKEM from the phone.
2) Reconnect the 3rd LKEM to the phone.
3) Disconnect the 2nd and 3rd from the phone together immediately after the 3rd LKEM's LED is up.
