Description (partial)

Symptom:

1. If the Historical Data is migrated (using the migration tool) after the installation of 7.0(1) SR2 then the Historical Report version reverts back to the base 7.0 version. For instance if the Agent Detail report is ran the the error message "This field name is not known."  pops up. 

2. If an upgrade is done from 4.5 to 7.0(1) SR2, and add to cluster is done after the restore from 4.5 the add to cluster fails with the message "com.cisco.database.util.DBException: syncConfigData 
java.sql.SQLException: Could not find stored procedure 'db_cra.dbo.readAllABR'., 
SQLException Details: [SQLException] (ErrorMsg=Could not find stored procedure 
'db_cra.dbo.readAllABR'. SQLState=37000, SQLErr#=2812)java.sql.SQLException: Could not find stored procedure 'db_cra.dbo.readAllABR'."

Conditions:

Historical report data is restored from a backup or migrated after the installation of 7.01sr2
