Description (partial)

Deployment schedule (i.e hourly/daily) does not run on the specified timing and runs at incorrect times for a few cases without taking the start time of the schedule into consideration for certain recurrence intervals.

1) When the start time is "even," for example, two o'clock and an hourly schedule created to run every 3 hrs, the schedule does not start its first run at  two but runs at 3 o'clock, then 6 o'clock instead of 2 o'clock followed by 5 o'clock.

2) The same problem occurs for "odd" start times, for example, three o'clock and an hourly schedule created to run every 2 hrs does not get started at three but runs at 4, followed by 6.

The same behavior occurs with daily schedules too.
