Symptom: OSPF process may unexpectedly restart after removing virtual link configuration. Conditions: The problem happens when area 0 is removed from the configuration while a virtual link is configured. Removing the last virtual link triggers the problem. The restart may happen later, not immediately when the virtual link is removed.
