Symptom: CSM stats values do not get updated when viewing various monitoring screens under Monitor->Devices and select a CSM device in the device tree. Conditions: After user changes polling interval via Monitor->Devices->Polling Settings for the CSM device, subsequent polling on CSM device fails.
