 WAE creates kdump file and reboots

Affects all WAAS 4.1.3 and prior 4.1.x releases. Occurs very rarely when an Internal client connection initiated by the WAE is getting destroyed/closed while in the process of setting up for optimization. Examples of internal client connections include the ones initiated by the central manager agent on the WAE,  WAFS transport tunnel connections, ftp connections from the WAE.
