Description (partial)

When the customer application is configured to listen on "TCP" Port, the timed-out NOTIFY packet is not recived via tcp.
The following scenario is observed,
1)The CUP Server sends the first NOTIFY request packet via TCP link
2)When the Presence status of a client logged in changes the state(for example :from available to away) the server sends the NOTIFY request on TCP as expected.
3)But once the request terminated (due to time out) the 'NOTIFY' packet is sent only on UDP rather than TCP.
All these 3 cases works fine when the application listens on UDP port.

This was found by customer using Cisco Unified Presence server v6.0(2)
